What makes our Seller Friendly Listing so outstanding?
 |
Flexible commissions...sell the property yourself while it is listed and pay no commission. Depending on how the Buyer is procured, you can save between 2% and 6% of the sale price. "No commission does not apply to a buyer exposed to the property by The Carvalho Group, our yard sign or another agent, while your property is listed.
Cancel the listing at anytime. Either you or I can cancel just by calling and saying, "I want to cancel the listing." It's that simple. The cancellation becomes effective from the time you call. However, please allow two (2) business days to have the sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the MLS.
No advance fees of any kind. You only pay if I procure an offer that is acceptable to you.
"No Pressure" presentation. We will never allow you to be "pressured" by the buyer's agent. All offers will be faxed or delivered to our office, and will be presented to you by phone, fax or in person, so you can make your decisions privately.

Selling Your Home >Why Is It Not Selling
If you are selling your home and it has been on the market for several months, you might start to wonder why it just isn't moving. How can you introduce some extra energy into the sale?
The first thing you should do is have a frank talk with your real estate agent in order to get feedback from prospective buyers who have seen your home, and other agents who have shown it. Does your home look its best? Is it accessible for agents to show on short notice? Is the price in line with the rest of the market? Do you need to consider neutralizing any strong decorating features that may not have wide appeal?
Getting your home sold is a collaborative effort between you and your real estate agent. It is important for your agent to market your property aggressively, but you must do your part to ensure that buyers see a home that is as appealing as it can be. Ask your agent for any new ideas that will create results.
